I ordered a pair of shoes in size 42, but received size 41. I reported the issue straight away, including photos. I received no reply, or rather, only a reply asking for photos. I replied to that, but there has been no response for the past 6 days. Today I opened a second ticket to finally get a resolution. I received an automated reply with a standard solution, which doesn’t really help me.
